- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp white miso paste
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup water (plus more as needed)
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Blend: In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the lime juice, water and thyme. Pulse until it is combined and the consistency of a chunky dip.
