Dairy-Free Pumpkin Chocolate Mousse


  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice


  1. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. When melted and combined, stir in the pumpkin and the pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Pour the mousse into small ramekins and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  4. Top with dairy-free whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
