Description

Serve up this Creamy Thyme Edamame Dip for your next holiday gathering or snack session! Packed with flavor, it’s a festive, plant-based appetizer everyone will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 10 oz shelled frozen edamame, thawed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce, tamari or shoyu
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp white miso paste
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup water (plus more as needed)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Blend: In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the lime juice, water and thyme. Pulse until it is combined and the consistency of a chunky dip.
  2. Thin: Add the lime juice and pulse to mix. Then, stream in the water until desired consistency.
  3. SeasonAdd the thyme leaves and pulse until combined.

Notes

  • Soy Allergy? Replace the edamame with lima beans.
  • Batch it up! Creamy Edamame Dip is a delicious spread on toast or dipped with vegetables or crackers.
  • Spoiler Alert: Creamy Edamame Dip will stay fresh in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
