Creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing

Description

Cashews and tahini form the base of this versatile salad dressing that adds creamy flavor to your sauces, grain bowls and more.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashews soaked for 2 hours or overnight and drained=
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp shoyu, soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Blend and serveIn a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Nut Allergy? Substitute sunflower seeds for the cashews.

 Soy Allergy? Use coconut aminos instead of shoyu or soy sauce.

 Spoiler Alert: Creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing will stay fresh in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
