Stephanie Dreyer here—plant-based meal planning expert and mom of three.
I help busy mamas and papas bring more ease to their meal prep and mealtimes. I get excited about food—specifically whole, plant-based foods! Feeding friends and family is my favorite thing to do, but I love cooking with my kids best.
I am on a mission to help families eat healthier. I want to inspire the world to get in their kitchens more and in the fast food lane less. If I could wave my magic wand, I would make sure every child in the world has access to an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables daily—and enjoyed eating them! (And I would save all the animals. P.S. I am vegan!)
I created this website as a home base for easy and actionable meal planning tips and resources. My goal is to help you cook healthier and more often—all with pleasure and ease (because feeding your family should be joyful, not stressful—am I right?!!)
When I went vegan overnight in 2010, I did it on my own without the support of family and friends. Since then, I’ve been on a journey with my mixed bunch of vegan, vegetarian and omnivores to simplify my meal planning process in order to bring more joy to my kitchen and dining room table. We struggled to finally find our groove but this is what I know for sure: life is better with a meal plan!
