Melt the butter in a pan and add the marshmallows. Keep stirring until melted, slow at first (about 10 minutes).

Stir in the cereal 1 cup at a time until combined.

Press into a greased 13×9 inch pan.

Use parchment paper to press it down and spread it out.

While it is still warm, use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts. Set on a parchment paper to harden.

While the treats are cooling, melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan or microwave. While it is still warm, dip one side of the treat into the chocolate and set back on the parchment paper.
